Is there a way to brew stronger coffee with the Keurig one cup coffee machine?

I’m thinking about buying one of the big ones with 5 different cup size options. My question, though, is if the same amount of coffee grinds are used for the 12 oz as the 6 oz, how will that effect how strong my coffee is?
