I can?t get the reusable KCup to work?

Ok…so I’m trying to put my reusable KCup into my Keurig machine and I can’t get it to fit in there correctly. It does not sit into the machine – it will not allow me to close the lid. Anyone know if there is a trick? I have taken out the holder assembly from the [...] http://bit.ly/cQ6Yy4
