Authentic Japanese cafe fare nestled among the copycats

Japanese-style cafes are no longer special in Seoul, particularly in the Hongik University neighborhood. The alleys of the area are flooded with cafes, both old and new, and many of them are indistinguishable. They are often decorated with Japanese vintage-style furniture with similar menus featuring coffee and waffles.
