MADISON, Wis. � The Wisconsin Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit against telephone carrier Verizon.
The lawsuit filed Friday in Dane County Circuit Court alleges that Verizon wrongly billed people for services that were actually ordered through Powercom Corp., which is not related to Verizon.
