Moratorium ruling sparks reaction amongst lawmakers

Lawmakers are coming down on both sides of a federal judges ruling against the Obama administrations moratorium on new deepwater drilling.



Republican Sen. David Vitter of Louisiana applauds the selection, saying it recognizes the presidents powers arent unlimited. Vitter also claims the moratorium is wreaking havoc on jobs in his state.
