Denise Richards may be asked to testify against ex-husband Charlie Sheen following the Christmas Day allegations of violence made by his current wife, Brooke Mueller.
According to a report, California law enforcement authorities have contacted Richards' agent and lawyer at the behest of the District Attorney in Pitkin County, Colorado. http://bit.ly/9X8aVi
